Role Description The Vice President of Technology Innovation is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving GIMG’s technology vision and innovation roadmap. This role oversees the evaluation, selection, and implementation of emerging technologies that enhance advisory services, operational efficiency, and client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional technology initiatives, aligning IT strategy with business objectives, and guiding the development of digital platforms and tools. The Vice President will collaborate with executive leadership and client-facing teams, manage technology-related projects and budgets, and ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with relevant standards. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with technology vendors, mentoring technical teams, and continuously monitoring market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess technology investments, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess deep Information Technology expertise, including knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud solutions, and digital platforms relevant to financial and advisory services.
Candidates should possess experience in IT Strategy, with a proven ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and long-term business growth.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead multi-phase technology implementations, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities to shape innovation roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and guide organizational transformation.
Extensive leadership experience in technology or innovation roles, preferably within consulting, financial services, or related industries.
Demonstrated success in remote collaboration, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with GCC markets, regulatory environments, and regional business practices is an advantage.
