🚀 We're Hiring | Senior Business Development Counselor (BDC) – US Process
Prior experience in closing US, Canada, or UK parents for K-12 educational programs
Galaxino Education Technology – FZCO is expanding its Global EdTech Sales Team and is looking for experienced, target-driven professionals who have a proven track record of counseling and closing parents in the K-12 education segment across the US, Canada, and UK markets.
✅ Counsel parents after demo sessions and guide them toward enrollment
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission closure
✅ Generate and nurture leads through outbound calling and follow-ups
✅ Conduct virtual counseling and sales consultations with parents
✅ Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
✅ Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
✔ Prior experience in closing US, Canada, or UK parents for K-12 educational programs
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
✔ Target-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach
✔ Self-motivated professionals comfortable working remotely
✔ Personal laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
Shift Timings
🇺🇸 US Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (Night Shift, including 1-hour break)
