Position
Role: Slovenian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Language: Slovenian
Location: Anywhere in Bulgaria
Work Model: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Working Hours: Between 08:00 and 19:00
Support Channels: Phone, Chat & Email
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Assist customers via phone, chat and email
Respond to customer questions and requests professionally
Resolve issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate customer information and records
Follow established procedures and quality standards
Ensure a positive customer experience
Collaborate with international teams when required
Requirements
Slovenian at C1 level or higher
Good English communication skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude
Comfortable working with customers via phone, chat and email
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to work a Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule
Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not always required
Currently based in Bulgaria or willing to relocate
Salary & Bonus
Base salary: €1,300 gross/month × 12
Signing bonus: €1,500
Additional performance bonuses may also be available depending on the project and individual performance.
Work From Anywhere in Bulgaria
The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bulgaria, provided you have a suitable working environment and reliable internet connection.
