2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Business Process Analyst (VHA) plays a critical role in guiding the migration of clients to cloud environments by analyzing and improving business processes. This position acts as a trusted advisor, delivering process improvement strategies, managing change initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions. The role contributes to the organization's mission by enabling scalable, effective cloud adoption and operational transformation.
3. Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, and change management.
Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, and performance metrics.
Conduct analyses including current state, gap, benchmarking, and organizational assessments.
Plan and implement process improvements such as future state design and transition planning.
Interface with customers, computer services, and client services teams.
Oversee quality programs, systems, processes, and ensure compliance.
Interpret policies and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to determine system requirements.
Conduct client interviews and deliver presentations or training on process improvement.
Perform cost and benefit analyses.
Develop technical solutions for complex problems with independent judgment.
Provide direction to employees aligned with organizational policies.
Represent the organization in resolving technical issues related to projects.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.
Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, or CSM.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in business analysis or similar roles.
Proven experience leading complex projects across industries.
Skilled in eliciting and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Proficient in business modeling tools and documentation software.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and mentoring teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
