Role: Manager - Director - Account Lead (Media Digital)
Experience Required: 7 years from a Media Digital Agency background
Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
Lead the Account partnership across India as the senior client servicing lead.
Provide strategic leadership across digital media, performance marketing, and integrated communications.
Act as the primary client advisor, driving business growth, innovation, and long-term partnership value.
Own delivery excellence, commercial targets, stakeholder management, and cross-market collaboration.
Develop integrated, data-driven media solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Streamline operational processes, governance frameworks, and ways of working across markets.
Identify opportunities for broader dentsu engagement and drive account across global and regional teams.
Must have good communication skills, must have worked on Google and Meta.
Should also understand other direct buys as well as Performance and SEO concepts.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in Account Management, Media Planning within an advertising or Media agency.
Understanding of Media planning , client servicing.
Excellent client management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
