Job Description
Inplusone is looking for independent, results-driven sales partners to sell our SaaS (Software as a Service) product.
This is not a typical "sell once, get paid once" gig. For every customer you bring in, you earn monthly commission for as long as that customer stays subscribed. You sell once you get paid continuously.
Compensation Model (Why It's Attractive)
· On first sale: High upfront commission
· Ongoing: Monthly recurring commission (MRR share) as long as the customer remains subscribed
· Example: 10 customers × 200/month passive income (grows as you add more customers)
· No cap: The more customers you bring, the more your income compounds
· Portfolio effect: After 1 year with 50 active customers, you earn income every month even without making a new sale
Responsibilities
· Promote and demo Inplusone's SaaS product to potential customers
· Identify and actively pursue target clients (restaurants, cafés, food businesses, hospitality)
· Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone, social media, or your own network
· Communicate the product's value proposition clearly and effectively
· Track the sales pipeline via CRM (or report to us directly)
· Handle objections and demonstrate strong persuasion skills
· Follow up on customer satisfaction to help prevent churn (customer loss)
Requirements
Must-Have:
· Sales experience (B2B, SaaS, software, or digital product sales preferred)
· English proficiency (written and spoken) sufficient for communication and demos
· Strong communication and persuasion skills
· Ability to work independently and stay disciplined
· Results-oriented and comfortable with a commission-only model
· Basic digital tool proficiency (LinkedIn, email, CRM, Google Meet, etc.)
Strongly Preferred:
· Experience in restaurant marketing, restaurant sales, or the food & hospitality industry
· An existing network of restaurant owners, managers, or F&B contacts
· Prior experience selling SaaS, subscriptions, or digital services
· Entrepreneurial mindset
