Water Mitigation Estimator

CWF Restoration is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water Mitigation Estimator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of restoration estimating and insurance documentation.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial water damage losses.
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate.
Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and internal team members.
Develop scopes of work and ensure projects are properly documented.
Monitor job progress and update estimates as needed.
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the restoration process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Xactimate.
Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
