About the Opportunity:
The PATIENT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for managing patient accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment collections from insurance providers. This role contributes to the financial stability and growth of the program by minimizing outstanding receivables and maintaining efficient revenue flow. It also supports positive interactions with patients and vendors through professional communication.
Responsibilities:
Respond to patient inquiries regarding insurance, account status, and billing
Record all patient interactions and account updates for team follow-up
Ensure patient statement balances are current and process insurance payments
Coordinate billing for insurance-covered procedures according to policy
Complete appeals and submit documentation for reimbursement issues or denials
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year experience in insurance reconciliation and working with insurance providers
Preferred experience in reproductive medicine or women’s health
Preferred prior experience with insurance calls and EIVF system
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
