Senior Fullstack Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer with experience and a proven record of architecturally designing, implementing and optimizing reactive client applications and REST API applications for secure, large scale usage, to collaborate on a B2B contractual basis working on international projects.
Role Requirements:
- fluency in English language
- incorporated as obrt, j.d.o.o. or d.o.o., or similar entity within Croatia, BiH, or Serbia
- excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to peer developers and design team
- ability to self-initiatively provide recommendations of possible solutions to problems
- ability to work under time constraints and deliver according to the agreed upon timeline
- previous experience in designing, implementing and optimizing reactive client applications for large scale usage
- previous experience in designing, implementing and optimizing REST API Applications for secure, large scale usage. Ideally, you have experience working on both the architecture design and implementation of backend applications
- deep understanding of at least one Frontend JavaScript library/framework
- experience and understanding of TypeScript
- deep understanding of at least one server-side programming language and application framework (e.g. Java and Spring Boot, C# and ASP.NET, Node.js, etc...)
- deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- understanding of caching
- writing your code according to widely recognized design patterns (SOLID, and others), and documenting the written code with tests and docs
- understanding of DevOps activities
Additional, preferential skills:
- deep understanding of, and experience with using at least one Containerization tool (preferably Docker)
- deep understanding of, and experience with using at least one Container Orchestration tool (preferably Kubernetes)
- deep understanding of, and experience with using at least one Cloud Service Provider (preferably Amazon - AWS)
- deep understanding of, and experience with using at least one IaaC Tool (preferably Terraform)
- deep understanding of, and experience with using at least one CI/CD Tool (preferably Jenkins)
- deep understanding of, and experience with using at least one Monitoring Tool (preferably Prometheus)
- deep understanding of, and experience with using at least one Observability Tool (preferably Grafana)
- ability to define Cloud Infrastructure requirements
- previous experience with provisioning, management and optimizing cloud infrastructure for secure, large scale usage
- previous experience with activities related to Application Hosting, Storage, Security, CI/CD, Logging, Monitoring, Observability, Backup, Recovery, Data Migration, Redundancy, Compliance, Documentation, Policy Definition, and Cost Optimization, Performance Tuning
- deep understanding of networking and security concepts pertaining to infrastructure management and activities mentioned above
- database management (security, backup, scaling,...)
- understanding of SEO and experience with SEO optimization
