🚀 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer — Magazine & Editorial Design
WiredBusiness is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual identity of our business and technology magazine.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great editorial design is more than making pages look good — it’s about creating a premium reading experience through strong typography, visual hierarchy, storytelling, and consistency.
What You’ll Work On
• Designing complete WiredBusiness magazine editions
• Creating premium editorial layouts, covers, feature stories, interviews, and executive profiles
• Designing technology and business-focused visual content
• Working with our editorial team to transform written content into engaging magazine spreads
• Maintaining a consistent visual language across every edition
• Preparing polished, print-ready and digital-ready magazine files
• Creating supporting graphics, infographics, and visual elements when required
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of editorial and magazine layout design
• Strong typography, grid, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to work with long-form editorial content
• A modern, clean, premium design sensibility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet publishing deadlines
• Experience designing for U.S. or international publications is a strong advantage
Portfolio Required
Please share examples of magazine layouts, editorial designs, publication covers, annual reports, or similar long-form design projects. Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.
