Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Remote Sales – Roofing Jobs – USA Hours position at Repair Max Marketing. The person in this role will focus on selling roofing-related services and solutions to potential customers, primarily during USA business hours, through phone, video calls, email, and online platforms. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting needs-based sales conversations, presenting service offerings, and guiding customers through the decision-making process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to refine sales messaging for roofing services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The individual will be expected to work independently, manage their schedule effectively, and deliver a professional customer experience aligned with the company’s standards.
Qualifications
Roofing-related technical skills, including experience with Roofs and Working at Height, with strong awareness of safety standards and regulations.
Knowledge of building and structural work such as Carpentry and Insulation to understand customer needs and communicate value effectively.
Experience with Waterproofing systems and solutions to explain product benefits and address customer concerns about durability and protection.
Proven remote sales or telesales experience, preferably in construction, roofing, or home services, with a track record of meeting sales goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
Comfort working remotely during USA hours, with reliable internet access, self-discipline, and effective time management.
Ability to use CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and digital communication channels; familiarity with basic sales reporting is beneficial.
Relevant industry experience or training in roofing, construction, or related fields is an advantage; high school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications are a plus.
