Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring – Business Developer
Modular Work is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Developer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Saudi market and experience in developing new business opportunities, generating leads, approaching potential clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Generate leads and arrange meetings with prospective customers
• Follow up on RFQs, enquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Promote company services and develop new market segments
• Coordinate with the estimation, procurement, and project teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Construction, Trading, Contracting, Portable Cabins, Camp Solutions, Material Supply, or related sectors in Saudi Arabia
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client network in Jeddah / Western Region will be an advantage
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
