Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)
Job Description
Designation: Chief of Staff
Location: New Delhi
Reports To: Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)
Team / IC Role: Individual Contributor (IC)
Purpose of the Role: The Chief of Staff to the CTO serves as a strategic advisor and execution partner, enabling enterprise-wide transformation initiatives through governance, stakeholder alignment, excellence and value realization.
Summary of the Role: Acts as a strategic extension of the CTO, driving transformation priorities, governance, executive communication, cross-functional collaboration and business outcomes.
Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership
Serve as trusted advisor to the CTO.
Support transformation strategy, roadmaps and investment decisions.
Identify risks, dependencies and trade-offs.
Executive Storytelling & Communication
Develop board-ready presentations and leadership communications.
Translate transformation initiatives into compelling business narratives.
Transformation Program Leadership & Execution Excellence
Drive governance, milestone tracking and accountability.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and value realization.
Analytics, Insights & Decision Support
Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
Conduct impact assessments and scenario analyses.
CTO Office Operations & Leadership Effectiveness
Manage leadership reviews, action tracking and operating rhythms.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Transformation Governance & Organizational Effectiveness
Drive stakeholder alignment, change readiness and operating model improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years in Transformation, Strategy, Consulting, Chief of Staff or related roles.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to develop board-ready material
