Role Description
The Video Editor role at Flickmatch is a full-time remote position focused on creating engaging reels and visual content from sports footage. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw video, selecting key moments from recorded matches, and assembling them into compelling reels aligned with Flickmatch’s brand and style guidelines to drive engagement. The role involves applying color grading, basic sound adjustments, and motion graphics to enhance viewer experience, as well as optimizing content formats for various digital platforms. The Video Editor will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to refine workflows, support AI-driven video features, and maintain a consistent visual identity across all media assets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to handle end-to-end post-production workflows.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and visually appealing sports footage.
Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create overlays, animations, and engaging visual elements.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
Ability to interpret brief requirements, follow brand guidelines, and deliver content on tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio showcasing relevant video work.
Experience working remotely, with reliable communication, time management, and self-organization.
Interest in sports and familiarity with sports highlight formats is preferred; previous experience in digital content production is a plus.

Compensation
10000 to 15000 rupees per month
