About The Program
EDEX is Lisni's hands-on, remote training program. Over six months, it prepares you to work in customer experience and lead generation — and potentially sales later — while building real skills in communication, customer service, and lead management using up-to-date tools and methods. You'll gain genuine experience on real projects, guided by a specialized team.
The Training Covers
Sales and Customer Experience fundamentals.
Communication, persuasion, and call-handling skills.
Using CRM systems and lead generation.
Practical onboarding in a real working environment.
Sales scenarios and handling customers.
Practical exercises and simulated sales calls.
Continuous follow-up and evaluation from a specialized team.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers according to approved workflows.
Make professional calls using approved scripts.
Enter and update customer data in the CRM.
Follow up with customers and log all activity in the system.
Meet defined daily and weekly targets.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Take part in regular training sessions and meetings.
Submit daily reports and performance updates.
Requirements
University student in their third or fourth year.
Interest in sales or customer service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade.
Fast learner and a team player.
Punctual and responsible.
A computer or laptop and a stable internet connection.
Primarily remote, with occasional in-office days (about once or twice a week) once our office opens — cadence and start date negotiable.
Good computer and productivity-tool skills.
Fluent Arabic; English is an advantage.
