POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Service Sales Executive (RSSE) is responsible for identifying and generating new Member sales. The RSSE primarily handles a variety of sales related tasks, which include communicating with incoming sales leads in their respective region, prospecting for potential sales leads, demoing the software, documenting the sales process, quoting sales opportunities, closing sales, and coordinating implementation for new members. The RSSE collaborates closely with the corresponding Member Success Managers in their region to ensure successful deployment, implementation, and growth for all new Members.

Compensation: On-target earnings (OTE) of $137,000 at 100% of quota, made up of a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 plus commission based on quota attainment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing leads, online registrations, etc.
· Demonstrate BuildingReports technology and services.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the markets and strategic opportunities within their region.
· Create, document, and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and quotes within CRM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Generate new sales and meet or exceed sales quotas.
· Demonstrate BuildingReports technology and services to prospective customers through live webinars as well as in person.
· Responsible for contacting all incoming leads within their region.
· Prospect for sales leads within their region.
· Document the entire sales cycle including calls, emails, notes, demos, and quotes in CRM.
· Regularly communicate their sales forecast to the Sales Manager.
· Participate in regional and national trade shows and conferences.
NOTE: This position is full-time and salaried. The employee must adhere to an approved schedule within the company’s business hours of 8am to 5pm EST. The work schedule for this position is approved to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Flexibility may be necessary to accommodate employees in different time zones. This is a remote position. Candidates may live anywhere in the continental US; residence in or near the territory is preferred. Occasionally, they may be required to appear in-office for employee meetings, office collaboration days, etc. They will also be required to travel occasionally for regional and national trade shows and conferences.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B. Familiarity with mobile and web-based technology.
Preferred but not required:
· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Experience within the fire & life safety industry
· Experience with BuildingReports technology
· Experience with software sales.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Extended periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
C (Constantly) Position requires this activity more than 66% of the time. (5.5+ hrs/day) Sitting and computer use.
O (Occasionally) Position requires this activity up to 33% of the time. (up to 2.5 hrs/day). Standing for up to 6 hours when attending conferences and trade shows; lifting up to 15 pounds.
Other Physical Requirements: High frequency of viewing a computer monitor. High frequency of talking.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily in a remote office. Workspace is equipped with computer, phone, and other necessary supplies. The environment is often fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the Regional Service Sales Executive to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and sometimes in stressful situations.
