We are looking for a skilled and motivated Unity Game Developer to join our game development team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience developing, optimizing, reskinning, and publishing mobile games.
Required Skills
Unity & Programming
Strong knowledge of Unity Engine
Strong C# programming skills
Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean code
Experience with 2D & 3D game development
Understanding of Unity's Physics, Animation, UI, Prefabs, Scenes & Asset Management
Experience with Git/version control
Game Development
Experience in game reskinning and customization
Ability to understand and modify existing Unity projects
Strong bug fixing and debugging skills
Performance optimization for mobile devices
Memory and CPU optimization
Understanding of Unity Profiler
Experience optimizing draw calls, batching, textures, shaders and assets
Understanding of object pooling and efficient game architecture
Monetization & Backend
Experience integrating Firebase
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Authentication
Firestore / Realtime Database
Crashlytics
Experience with AdMob / Unity Ads / other ad SDKs
Knowledge of Interstitial, Rewarded and Banner Ads
Experience implementing In-App Purchases (IAP)
Understanding of subscription and consumable/non-consumable purchases is a plus

Unity Asset Store frameworks and toolkits
Git / GitHub
Android Studio
Xcode (basic knowledge preferred)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Unity mobile games
Implement new gameplay features
Reskin and customize existing games
Identify and fix bugs efficiently
Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs
Implement advertisements and IAP
Integrate Firebase services
Optimize games for performance and memory
Prepare Android builds and assist with publishing
Work with designers and other developers
Maintain clean, reusable and scalable code
Analyze crashes and resolve production issues
Requirements
1.5–3 years of professional Unity development experience
Strong Unity + C# knowledge
Real-world experience with mobile games
Experience with reskinning and bug fixing
Firebase integration experience
Ads integration experience
IAP implementation experience
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Bonus: Candidates who have published games on Google Play Store / App Store and can demonstrate their previous work will be preferred.
