About the Opportunity
DAUGHTOR is looking for experienced Sponsorship & Public Relations professionals/agents to help us secure sponsorships, brand partnerships and strategic tie-ups for our upcoming events and initiatives.
We are particularly interested in people who have an existing network of brands, corporates, agencies, media houses or organisations and a proven ability to open doors and close sponsorship opportunities.
This is a commission-based opportunity, with earnings linked to successfully secured sponsorships and tie-ups.
What You Will Do
Identify and approach potential sponsors and brand partners
Generate sponsorship leads through your existing network and outreach
Pitch DAUGHTOR's events and initiatives to relevant brands and organisations
Develop and close sponsorship and partnership opportunities
Explore corporate and institutional tie-ups
Develop opportunities for hoardings, outdoor advertising and other promotional partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with brands, corporates, agencies and organisations
Coordinate with DAUGHTOR to take sponsorship discussions forward
Support PR, media outreach and visibility-building activities where applicable
Experience We Are Looking For

Durga Puja sponsorships and brand tie-ups
Corporate and brand sponsorships
Event sponsorships
Hoarding / outdoor advertising tie-ups
Media partnerships
Corporate and institutional partnerships
Event marketing and business development
Public Relations and media networking
Strong PR experience and media contacts will be an added advantage.

Compensation
Commission-based.
There is no fixed salary for this role. Commission will be earned on successfully closed sponsorships and tie-ups.
