Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIKE RIDER role based in Bengaluru. The BIKE RIDER will be responsible for safely operating a two-wheeler to complete assigned pick-ups and deliveries within scheduled timeframes. Daily tasks include following designated routes, using mobile applications for navigation and task updates, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers or partner locations. The rider will maintain basic vehicle cleanliness, report any maintenance issues, and adhere to traffic rules and company safety guidelines. The role also involves professional interaction with customers, handling payments or proof of delivery as required, and coordinating with the operations team to optimize routes and workloads.
Qualifications
Ability to safely ride and handle a two-wheeler in urban traffic conditions; valid two-wheeler driving license.
Basic familiarity with smartphones and navigation apps for route guidance and task updates.
Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and reliability in completing assigned deliveries.
Clear and polite communication skills for interacting with customers and the operations team.
Basic understanding of local routes and areas in Bengaluru or willingness to learn quickly.
Physical fitness sufficient for extended riding and handling light packages.
Ability to follow safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies consistently.
Prior experience in delivery or logistics roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
