Position: Territory Manager northeast Massachusetts or New York/New Jersey or Midwest such as: Illinois or Missouri
Highly motivated sales hunter and relentless closer.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Identify and engage potential new clients within the territory
Manage key accounts and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, revenue, and customer growth.
Participate in regional and national industry events and conferences.
Manage and grow sales within assigned geographic territory.
Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, and product training.
Meet or exceed sales/revenue targets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams such as customer service, operations, marketing, and finance.
Manage customer accounts, contracts, pricing, and renewals.
Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.
Track activity, forecasts, and sales results in CRM systems.
Resolve customer issues and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to leadership.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, depending on the industry.
2–5+ years of sales experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
Comfortable with sales goals, metrics, and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and prosthetists.
Strong skills in presenting products and solutions to various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and administrators.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling advanced technology hardware & software or experience with selling Robotics
