About the role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Mirabel Labs and help drive measurable growth for our clients across e-commerce, retail, beauty, hospitality and consumer brands.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, while using data and experimentation to continuously improve acquisition, conversion and ROAS.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable inside ad platforms, analyzing performance data and translating insights into concrete actions.
What you’ll do
• Plan, launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience on TikTok and Snapchat considered a strong plus.
• Manage campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding strategies and creative testing.
• Monitor key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR and revenue.
• Analyze campaign and website performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and advertising platforms.
• Identify performance issues and growth opportunities across the full customer journey.
• Work closely with creative and design teams to develop and test new ad concepts, formats and messaging.
• Build structured A/B testing and experimentation plans across audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Contribute to CRO initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings and recommended next actions.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, attribution challenges and emerging performance marketing practices.
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
• Strong operational knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns against commercial KPIs and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset — you should be able to explain not only what happened, but why and what to do next.
• Experience with e-commerce or consumer brands is highly valued.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
• Fluent professional English.
Nice to have
• TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads experience.
• Shopify / Shopify Plus experience.
• Experience with server-side tracking or Conversion APIs.
• Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• CRO and landing-page optimization experience.
• Experience working in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or wider GCC market.
What success looks like
You won’t be measured simply on campaigns launched or media spend managed. We’re looking for someone who can consistently turn data into better business outcomes: stronger acquisition efficiency, higher conversion rates and sustainable revenue growth.
