We're hiring an Applied GenAI & Agent Engineer to join our Analytics Practice. This is a hands-on builder role — you'll design and deliver Snowflake-native AI agents and GenAI applications for public- and commercial-sector clients, taking them from initial use-case shaping all the way to early production.
What you'll do:
Build LLM-powered applications and AI agents end-to-end — from prototype to production
Work hands-on with RAG, tool calling, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks
Design and deliver Snowflake-native AI solutions using Cortex (Agents, Search, Analyst)
Partner directly with public- and commercial-sector clients to shape and scope use cases
Move fast from concept to early production deployment
What we're looking for:
2–5 years' experience in Python, software/data engineering, or applied AI
Hands-on experience building LLM apps or AI agents end-to-end (RAG, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation)
Snowflake Cortex experience (Agents, Search, Analyst) is a strong plus
Comfort working directly with clients and translating ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
