About C11 Aura
C11 Aura is a new-age Indian skincare brand built around visible skin results, confidence, attraction and main-character energy.
We are building a skincare brand that feels premium, modern, bold and culturally relevant — and content is going to be a huge part of that.
We're looking for a fast, creative and highly skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into Reels that make people stop scrolling and keep watching.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
You will primarily edit short-form content for Instagram, including:
Founder-led Reels
Skincare education
Product videos
Storytelling
UGC-style content
Trending/Reel formats
Brand-building content
Performance marketing creatives
You'll receive raw footage, and your job is to turn it into a finished, publish-ready Reel.
⏱️ 24-HOUR TURNAROUND IS IMPORTANT
Once we send you the raw footage and editing brief, the Reel should be delivered within 24 hours.
We are building content at a fast pace, so speed and reliability are extremely important.
We don't want an editor who takes 3–5 days for a Reel.
We want someone who can consistently deliver:
Raw Footage → Edited Reel → Within 24 Hours
while maintaining high quality.
🔥 What We Expect From You
We are NOT looking for someone who simply cuts clips and adds captions.
You should understand how to make a Reel perform.
You should know how to:
Create a strong first 1–3 second hook
Keep the pacing fast and engaging
Remove unnecessary pauses and dead space
Use jump cuts naturally
Add B-roll at the right moments
Use zooms, transitions and visual changes without overdoing them
Create clean, premium captions
Highlight important words through text
Use sound effects strategically
Select appropriate music/trending audio
Create pattern interrupts
Make talking-head footage visually interesting
Build a clear story from raw footage
End with a strong payoff or CTA
Your editing should make people think:
"Wait… what did she just say?"
and then:
"Okay, I need to watch the rest."
💄 Skincare / Beauty Experience = BIG PLUS
Experience with any of the following will be highly preferred:
Skincare brands
Beauty brands
D2C brands
Founder-led brands
Influencers/creators
UGC
Meta ad creatives
E-commerce content
If you've edited skincare or founder-led Reels before, definitely mention it in your application.
However, great editing ability matters more than industry experience.
🧠 We Want Someone Who Understands Content
You don't need to wait for us to tell you exactly where every cut should happen.
We want an editor who can say:
"This part is too slow.""We should open with this line.""Let's add B-roll here.""This sentence needs emphasis.""The first 2 seconds aren't strong enough.""Let's change the pacing here."
In other words:
We want an editor, not just a software operator.📦 Monthly Requirement
Approximately 30 Reels/month.
That's roughly 1 Reel/day, although videos will be assigned according to our content calendar.
Some videos may be simple talking-head edits.
Some may require more creative editing, B-roll, graphics, product shots and storytelling.
💻 Work From Home
This is a 100% remote position.
You do NOT need to come to our office.
All communication, raw footage, briefs and final files will be handled online.
You should have:
Your own laptop/computer
Stable internet
Professional editing software
Ability to handle large video files
Reliable communication

₹10,000/month
For approximately 30 Reels/month.
If C11 Aura grows and your responsibilities/output increase, there will be opportunities to increase compensation accordingly.

We're much more interested in seeing your actual editing than your resume.
