Responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation and management of plant facilities and utilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements.
The position is also responsible for managing statutory inspections, facility operating costs, energy consumption, and improvement initiatives related to facilities, energy, and ESG.
Mandatory Qualification: Electrical Engineer (전기기사) or Electrical Industrial Engineer (전기산업기사) certification is required, as the position is responsible for the statutory appointment as the Electrical Safety Manager.

(전기기사 또는 전기산업기사 자격증 소지자 필수 >> 전기안전관리자 선임 필수)Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
Manage the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of plant facilities, utilities, electrical systems, elevators, and mechanical equipment.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal, safety, environmental, IMS, and internal company requirements.
Manage statutory appointments and inspections related to electrical safety, elevators, mechanical equipment, and other facility requirements.
Plan and manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement activities.
Manage facility-related costs, including maintenance, repair, and external service expenses.
Monitor utility and energy consumption and identify cost-saving and energy-efficiency opportunities.
Manage and report energy consumption performance and improvement activities in line with global requirements.
Support IMS audits, statutory inspections, ESG initiatives, and related corrective actions.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, HSE, HR, and external service providers to ensure safe and stable plant operations.
What Do We Expect From You:
Associate degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Relevant experience in facility, utility, electrical, or plant infrastructure management within a manufacturing environment; 5+ years preferred.
Practical knowledge of electrical safety, utility systems, statutory inspections, and facility maintenance.
Electrical Engineer (전기기사) or Electrical Industrial Engineer (전기산업기사) certification and eligibility for statutory appointment as an Electrical Safety Manager preferred.
Experience in facility cost management, energy-saving initiatives, IMS/internal audits, or ESG-related activities is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external service providers.
Basic English communication and reporting skills for global facility and energy-related activities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to facility issues and emergencies.
