In this rewarding and flexible role, you'll help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You'll be a trusted presence and a source of warmth and reassurance, providing meaningful support that enhances their daily lives.
Your day may include:
Providing personal care with empathy and dignity.
Domestic assistance and household tasks.
Meal preparation and nutritional support.
Assisted shopping and community access.
Respite care to support family caregivers.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
A warm, empathetic, and person-centred approach to care.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.

Have your own car with a valid driver’s licence
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
NDIS workers screening check
NDIS Orientation Module Completion Certificate
Driver’s License
Car Insurance and Registration
Workers’ Rights
