Position: High Energy Physicist (PhD)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
Commitment: 10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate research-level physics problems in your subfield to enhance AI model reasoning.
Design and solve complex physics challenges, ensuring solutions are verifiable by specialists.
Review and audit completed work for accuracy and adherence to domain principles.
Collaborate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Utilize LaTeX, Python, SymPy, and Jupyter for problem-solving and documentation.
Qualifications
Must-Have
PhD in high energy theory, nuclear theory, or a closely related field.
Published work on specific phenomena, not adjacent ones.
Loop-calculation experience for quasi-PDF areas.
Verifiable publication record with three to five representative papers.
Working proficiency with LaTeX, Python, SymPy, and Jupyter.
English at B2 or above, including written reasoning.
