About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

SLIIIP.com is a telehealth-first sleep medicine practice on a mission to transform how Americans
sleep. We are passionate advocates for patient-centered sleep care, with a particular focus on
women’s sleep health and the profound relationship between sleep, obesity, and metabolic
wellness. Our clinicians work at the intersection of science and compassion, solving the full
picture of each patient’s sleep health, not just the most obvious diagnosis.
If you believe that great sleep changes lives, and you want to spend your career proving it, SLIIIP.com is where you belong.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Sleep Medicine NP with more than one year of sleep-specific clinical experience to join our growing telehealth team. You are licensed (multi-state or NLC compact preferred), naturally engaging on camera, and highly efficient with clinical documentation and use of software. You stay with patients until their sleep issues are fully resolved, because that is simply how great care works.
A DEA license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred. Interest or proficiency in women’s sleep health and CBT-I/BBT would be meaningful.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct comprehensive telehealth sleep evaluations and ongoing follow-up visits
Diagnose and manage OSA/PAP therapy, insomnia (including BBT; CBT-I experience a plus), RLS/PLMD, EDS, and other sleep disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on long-term resolution of sleep issues
Champion women’s sleep health, including sleep changes across hormonal transitions
Integrate knowledge of obesity, metabolic health, and their bidirectional relationship with sleep disorders
Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the SLIIIP clinical team and stay current with developments in sleep medicine
Pursue multi-state licensure to expand access to patients across the country
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Full health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid time off and paid holidays
Annual CME allowance to support continued learning
Licensure and DEA fee reimbursement
Malpractice/professional liability coverage
Fully remote schedule with no hospital call, no nights, no weekends
A mission you will be proud of, focused on genuinely improving patients’ lives
Some flexibility with Saturday scheduling is available
