Vice President FP&A - PE backed healthcare

VP of Finance & Business Planning
We are seeking a VP of Finance & Business Planning search with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed, multi-site healthcare organization with a significant national footprint.
This is a true #2 finance leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, with significant exposure to the executive team, Board, and Private Equity sponsor.
The organization is approximately $200M+ in EBITDA and has a strong growth trajectory, expanding both organically and through acquisitions. With multiple acquisitions completed recently and several more planned, this is an opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys operating in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.

Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis

Lead and develop a growing finance team
Partner closely with Operations and other business leaders to drive performance
Opportunity to improve and scale financial processes, systems, reporting, and analytics
Fully remote with occasional travel to the Northeast for meetings
Ideal background:
I’m particularly interested in candidates who have experience within a $200M–$500M PE-backed organization and have operated as a strong #2 to a CFO.
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. The most important factors are experience in a PE-backed environment, strong FP&A/strategic finance capabilities, executive-level communication, and the ability to operate comfortably with a Board and investment sponsor.
Location: Fully Remote
Preferred: PA, NJ, NYC, or MA
Candidates must be located east of Denver.
Compensation: Up to $250K base + 30% bonus
