Growth Lead, Direct-to-Consumer

General Neuro is building NeuroLingo, a headband children wear during reading and literacy practice. We came out of Yale's Tsai CITY and are backed by SOSV / HAX.
Pre-orders are open and the first headbands ship in 2027. We need someone to own how families find us and pre-order: ads, content, email, and the path from our site through checkout. If you love biology, neurotech, people, and want to grow with our team of nerds, please apply :)
What you would do
• Run and test paid social and search campaigns, starting with Meta.
• Write and ship content, landing pages and email flows for parents.
• Measure the funnel from first visit to pre-order, and fix where people drop off.
• Talk to families to learn what brings them in and what holds them back.
What we are looking for
• You have grown a consumer product through paid and owned channels, and can show the numbers.
The role
Part-time to start, Remote or Hybrid in Boston. Compensation is mostly early-team equity to start, so you share in what you help build. We will talk through the details, including cash, with you.
