Role Description The Vice-President of Client Partnerships is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing strategic relationships with key clients and driving growth across assigned accounts. This role involves developing partnership strategies, leading client meetings, and aligning solutions with client business goals to ensure satisfaction and retention. The VP will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to design and execute account plans, identify new opportunities, and negotiate complex agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring account performance, guiding proposal development, managing senior-level stakeholder communications, and resolving issues that impact client experience. This position also includes mentoring partnership team members, establishing best practices for client engagement, and contributing to executive-level planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in client partnership leadership, account management, or business development within a B2B environment.
Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, including growth, retention, and expansion initiatives.
Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing cross-functional initiatives that impact client outcomes.
Ability to analyze account performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Background in leading remote teams, coaching partnership professionals, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Comfort working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in professional services, consulting, SaaS, or a similar client-centric industry is advantageous.
Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and internal leadership sessions as needed.
