Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Investments to lead the company's investment strategy, identify and evaluate investment opportunities, and manage the investment portfolio to support long-term growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's investment strategy and portfolio objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new investment opportunities.
Lead financial, market, operational, and risk analysis for potential investments.
Manage the investment process from sourcing and due diligence through execution and portfolio management.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, advisors, and strategic partners.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular investment and market updates to senior leadership.
Lead negotiations, transaction structuring, and investment decision-making.
Identify and manage investment risks while optimizing portfolio performance.
Support strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate investment initiatives.
Qualifications
12+ years of investment, finance, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or related experience, with significant leadership experience.
Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Experience managing investment teams or significant portfolios is a plus.
