Marketing Virtual Assistant - GoHighLevel & Meta Ads Execution

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant - GoHighLevel & Meta Ads Execution based in Brazil.
This is a hands-on marketing execution role supporting multiple client accounts in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. You will manage day-to-day updates across Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel, ensuring campaigns, creatives, funnels, and automations remain accurate and organized. The role is ideal for someone who combines speed with strong attention to detail and can confidently follow established processes. You will work with structured SOPs, checklists, and video walkthroughs while collaborating with an international, English-speaking team. Your ability to identify inconsistencies and flag issues proactively will be essential to maintaining execution quality. This is a fully remote opportunity with exposure to diverse marketing accounts and projects across Latin America.
Accountabilities
Update, replace, resize, and adapt image and video creatives in Meta Ads Manager using tools such as Canva or CapCut, including text overlays and other creative adjustments.
Update headlines, primary text, descriptions, and other ad copy across multiple client accounts according to established instructions and testing plans.
Build, maintain, and edit funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, and email/SMS sequences within GoHighLevel.
Organize multiple advertising accounts and CRM environments using consistent naming conventions, checklists, and established organizational systems.
Follow written SOPs and Loom/video walkthroughs accurately while maintaining a strong balance between execution speed and precision.
Proactively identify and communicate unclear instructions, account inconsistencies, or potential issues before making changes.
Support basic marketing reporting by capturing performance screenshots and exporting relevant campaign or account data when required.
Requirements
Hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and making campaign-, ad set-, and ad-level changes.
Practical experience creating or editing funnels, workflows, and pipelines within GoHighLevel.
Proficiency with Canva or CapCut for editing creative assets, adding text overlays, and resizing images or videos.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts without mixing up client information, settings, or assets.
Proven ability to follow SOPs, checklists, naming conventions, and structured processes accurately.
Fast execution combined with strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication.
Good written and spoken English, particularly for understanding SOPs and communicating asynchronously with an international team.
Availability to overlap with U.S. business hours while working remotely from Brazil.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment is a plus.
Familiarity with fitness, gym, or local-service marketing campaigns is advantageous.
Basic understanding of advertising performance metrics such as CPL and CTR is a plus.
