After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

As a Principal Engineer, you will design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise performance and reliability.

Essential Requirements
8+ years of related experience
Ability to deliver resilient, maintainable components in enterprise environments.
Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Experience implementing security and compliance requirements.
Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Scrum/SAFe or PMP
You will:
Own service design, data contracts, and API quality.
Improve test automation, coverage, and release health metrics.
Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot incidents.
Provide technical leadership through pairing and reviews.
