Role Description The SAP Consultant will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, supporting and enhancing existing SAP systems and related business processes. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP modules, managing master data changes, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and testing solutions before deployment. The SAP Consultant will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, provide consulting on SAP best practices, and deliver user training and documentation. Ongoing tasks include monitoring system performance, supporting change requests, and contributing to continuous process improvement within the SAP landscape.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to translate business needs into SAP solutions and optimize workflows.
Candidates should possess Master Data expertise to manage, validate, and maintain accurate and consistent data across SAP modules.
Candidates should possess Integration skills to support end-to-end process flows and ensure SAP interfaces work reliably with other systems.
Sound understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or others as applicable) and standard configuration practices.
Experience with incident management, change management, and testing methodologies in SAP environments.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; SAP certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in SAP support or enhancement projects, preferably in a consulting or enterprise environment.
