Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur. The person in this role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration in collaboration with finance, and handling employee queries and grievances in a fair and transparent manner. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, conduct training and development initiatives, support organizational change, and provide HR reports and insights to leadership. This role works closely with management and team leaders to ensure a positive work culture, effective communication, and alignment between workforce capabilities and business goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy development, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling to support a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software.
Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, cross-functional teams, and staff at all levels.
Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or certification is an advantage.
Candidates should possess experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in manufacturing, industrial solutions, or technology-driven environments.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Rudrapur and demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to fair and equitable HR practices
