This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Client Operations, Risk & Complexity Enablement based in Canada.
This senior leadership role owns the end-to-end operations ecosystem for a complex digital investing and client service environment.
You will be accountable for operational excellence, service resilience, risk management, complex client outcomes, and execution readiness.
The role combines business operations, regulatory and risk oversight, fraud management, workforce effectiveness, and continuous process improvement.
You will translate strategic modernization priorities into frontline execution through technology, analytics, training, controls, and sustainable operating routines.
Working across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data, and other enterprise teams, you will drive measurable improvements in service and efficiency.
Success requires strong judgment in high-pressure and regulated situations, balancing client outcomes, operational feasibility, and risk requirements.
You will also lead and develop teams while building the capabilities, processes, and governance needed for long-term operational resilience.
