HRIS Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HRIS Manager based in India.
This remote role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR information systems, with Workday serving as the core platform.
You will help ensure HR technology is scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs across multiple markets.
The position combines hands-on system administration with integrations, reporting, security, data quality, automation, and process improvement.
You will partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, and external vendors to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
The role also provides ownership of HRIS projects, including implementations, upgrades, testing, process redesign, change management, and user adoption.
Success requires strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
