As we expand, we are looking for experienced freelance recruiters who can work independently and deliver quality candidates.
Role Overview
This is a fully remote, commission-only role. You will manage the full recruitment cycle using your own tools, platforms, and sourcing methods. You will recruit candidates for roles based in the USA and Canada while working from India.
You own your desk. You own your workflow. We support you with roles, alignment, and fast feedback.
Key Responsibilities
· Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and your own networks
· Screen and assess candidates to ensure role and culture fit
· Present qualified candidates with clear summaries and insights
· Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to the offer stage
· Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients
· Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process
Requirements
· 2+ years of recruitment experience
· Experience recruiting in healthcare, finance, logistics, construction, or legal
· Ability to recruit candidates for the USA, UAE, and Canada markets
· Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
· Comfortable working USA, UAE, and Canada time zones
· Must have own sourcing tools, portals, and recruitment resources
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
