Role: Cinematographer & Video Editor
Experience: 2–3 Years of Full-Time Industry Experience (Internships, college projects, or freelance/college positions do NOT count towards this requirement)
Location: Hybrid (Studio in Thane, Remote, & On-Site Shoots)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Note: Longer working hours for tight deadlines & on shoot days. There will be some days when you will be chilling watching Netflix or playing video games.
Remuneration: ₹30,000 (negotiable as per the profile and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
Cinematography & Camera Operation: Plan shot lists, handle camera framing, movement, and lighting setups (3-point studio lighting, softboxes, key/fill/rim lights) for both studio and location shoots.
Video Editing & Post-Production: Assemble and edit high-impact short-form and long-form content, corporate videos, documentaries, brand films, explainer videos and ads with strong narrative storytelling and trending transitions. Must be able to juggle multiple edits.
Color Grading & Audio Mixing: Perform professional color correction/grading (LOG footage processing) and clean, balance audio tracks.
Pre-Production: Collaborate on scripts, mood boards, and shot planning prior to shoot days.
Asset & Data Management: Maintain organized raw footage backups, project files, and final renders.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of full-time, professional industry experience as a Cinematographer/Video Editor.
Note: College projects, campus positions, and internships will NOT be counted towards the 2–3 years experience requirement.
Technical Gear Knowledge: Hands-on expertise with mirrorless/cinema cameras (Sony Alpha, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), gimbals, studio lighting, and audio equipment (lavalier/shotgun mics).
Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of After Effects is a strong bonus.
Home Setup & Infrastructure (For WFH days):
System: Must own a high-performance editing workstation/machine capable of smoothly handling 4K and LOG video editing.
Internet: High-speed home internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps required).
Power: Reliable power back-up (UPS/Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted editing during power cuts.
Location & Travel: Based in or around Thane / Mumbai for editing. Travel shooting locations Pan-India
