About The Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Right now, we need experienced cloud security practitioners to help train AI systems to reason accurately about how cloud environments fail in the real world.
This isn't a typical security role. Your hands-on knowledge of misconfigurations, IAM failures, and cloud incidents will directly shape how AI understands and responds to modern infrastructure threats.

What You'll Do
Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks, misconfigurations, and failure patterns
Review and evaluate IAM, networking, storage, and container security issues for real-world accuracy
Classify security gaps and cloud-related failures based on their actual business and operational impact
Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning so it reflects how cloud incidents truly unfold
Provide structured, expert feedback that helps frontier AI models think like a seasoned cloud security professional
Who You Are
2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production
Strong familiarity with cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security concepts
Real-world experience with misconfigurations and security incidents — you've seen what actually goes wrong
Able to clearly reason about blast radius, risk exposure, and downstream business impact
Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on your own schedule
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Background in cloud security architecture, penetration testing, or incident response
Familiarity with frameworks like CIS Benchmarks, NIST, or CSA CCM
Prior experience contributing to AI training, data labeling, or security research projects
