Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time role responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with candidates, managing interview schedules, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will support onboarding and training coordination, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies aligned with Unotech Global’s growth and culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess fit and engage talent professionally.
Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help new team members transition successfully.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), online sourcing tools, and social media recruiting is beneficial.
Experience in technology or AI-driven organizations is an advantage.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions remotely.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
