We are seeking an experienced professional with strong HubSpot proficiency, analytical judgment, and discretion.
This position combines CRM administration, data quality, and operational support. It requires someone who can investigate discrepancies, organize complex information, and independently carry assignments through to completion.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized CRM records.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, documenting material corrections.
• Manage data, updates, segmentation, reporting, and quality control.
• Maintain routine workflows and identify practical process improvements.
• Coordinate assigned operational tasks, manage priorities, and ensure completion.
Required qualifications
• At least 3 years of substantive, hands on HubSpot experience, including CRM administration, data management, segmentation, reporting, and workflows.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including data reconciliation, duplicate identification, and preparation of accurate imports.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to investigate and resolve problems independently.
• Clear written communication, strong organization, and close attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably complete assignments.
Preferred qualification
• HubSpot certification is welcome but does not replace demonstrated practical experience.
