Chief Innovation Officer

Role Description The Chief Innovation Officer at Consultora CREERH is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving innovation initiatives across the organization. This role leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new services, technologies, and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and client value. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing innovation strategies, overseeing cross-functional projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation. The Chief Innovation Officer collaborates closely with executive leadership and operational teams to align innovation efforts with business goals, monitor key performance indicators, and manage budgets and timelines for innovation programs. This role also involves staying informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and translating these insights into actionable innovation roadmaps.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Proficiency in information technology, including familiarity with digital tools, systems, and emerging technologies relevant to innovation.
Experience in strategic planning, with the ability to design and execute long-term innovation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.
Proven team leadership capabilities, with experience guiding diverse teams, encouraging collaboration, and managing change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
Background in consulting, business management, technology, or related fields; experience in innovation or transformation roles is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-direction, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
