Business Growth Associate

Eminent Brands is looking for a Business Growth Associate to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.
This role will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and support our international business growth initiatives, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation, cold email outreach, prospect research and follow-up.
What you’ll do
- Research and identify potential international business clients
- Build and maintain qualified prospect lists
- Execute targeted cold email campaigns and follow-ups
- Research companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Respond to and qualify initial enquiries
- Maintain our lead and outreach pipeline
- Track campaign performance and help improve our outreach strategy
- Support other business growth and market research initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in English, Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong research and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Organized, persistent and comfortable with follow-ups
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using online research tools, LinkedIn and spreadsheets
Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development or cold outreach is an advantage, but not essential. Fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.
