About The Role
What if your deep expertise in machine learning could directly shape how the next generation of AI systems reason, plan, and solve complex problems? We're looking for Senior Machine Learning Experts to help train cutting-edge large language models — teaching them to think step by step, use tools effectively, and make reliable decisions in real-world scenarios.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior-level ML practitioners who want to work on some of the most technically challenging and consequential AI problems being tackled today.

What You'll Do
Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces that capture how an LLM plans, uses tools, and makes decisions step by step
Design and document structured reasoning workflows for sophisticated real-world technical tasks
Review and mentor reasoning trace quality to ensure clarity, logical consistency, and optimal decision-making patterns
Develop data strategies that help LLMs navigate intricate, multi-step problem-solving scenarios
Apply senior-level architectural insight to ensure the data you produce drives reliable, trustworthy model behaviour
Who You Are
Experienced machine learning practitioner with significant hands-on expertise in ML, AI, or closely related technical fields
Skilled at decomposing complex problems into clear, logical, well-documented reasoning steps
Familiar with advanced LLM evaluation and training methodologies
Sharp analytical thinker who can bridge deep technical knowledge with structured written communication
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems
Top-tier Kaggle competition results (Grandmaster or Master level), demonstrating elite-level model performance and feature engineering expertise
Familiarity with reasoning trace construction, chain-of-thought prompting, or tool-use training pipelines
Background in applied AI research or production ML systems
