Role Description The Executive Assistant – Finance and Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role supports senior leadership by managing daily administrative and finance-related tasks, including preparing and maintaining expense reports, coordinating meetings and calendars, and organizing documentation for financial reviews. The Executive Assistant will assist with basic finance activities such as invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, data entry into financial systems, and maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance. Additional responsibilities include drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong executive administrative assistance and executive support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Proficiency in general administrative assistance, office coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in handling expense reports, payment tracking, and basic financial documentation.
Foundational knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and familiarity with financial software or ERP tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Comfort with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in a finance or corporate environment is an advantage.
