About the Opportunity
We are expanding our team nationwide and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a meaningful career in the financial services industry.
Whether you are a fresh graduate, working professional, entrepreneur, or career shifter, this opportunity allows you to develop your financial advisory skills while helping Filipino families achieve financial security.
No prior insurance or sales experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Help clients identify their financial protection and long-term financial planni
ng needs.
• Present suitable life insurance and financial solutions.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Conduct online or face-to-face client consultations.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities.
• Maintain ethical standards and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Graduate of any four-year college degree
program.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Willing to undergo training and take the Insurance Commission licensing examination.
• Able to commit at least 15 hours per week.
• Comfortable working remotely and attending occasional in-person activities when required.
