Training Consultants (Contract Opportunities - National)

Contract Facilitators | Automotive | Agriculture | Trucks
Boyle Consulting is expanding our network of experienced contract facilitators and we’re looking for proven professionals who can deliver engaging, practical and commercially focused training.
We’re not looking for someone who simply presents PowerPoint.
We’re looking for experienced facilitators who can engage a room, challenge thinking, facilitate meaningful discussion and turn industry knowledge into practical outcomes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Boyle Consulting has a number of opportunities for seasoned contract training professionals based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
As a Boyle Consulting contract facilitator, you may be involved in;
National OEM training programs
Dealer management development
Sales and aftersales programs
Dealer audits
Assessment and accreditation programs
National conferences and workshops
Both face to face and virtual training
Assist in the development of learning and assessment materials
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in the Automotive, Agriculture and Commercial Vehicle industry
High level understanding of dealership operations
Experience in training, coaching and assessing individuals and work groups
Experience delivering training via online platforms (i.e. Adobe, NewRow, MS Teams)
High level of computer literacy across MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills and a high standard of professionalism
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Hold a current TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment
Full ABN/Incorporated Company, Public liability and Professional indemnity Insurances
Full drivers’ license
Reside within 20Km of CBD
