Role Description This full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role is based at Grras Solutions (P) Ltd. in Jaipur. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and automated build, test, and deployment processes for various applications. Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing Linux-based systems, handling system administration tasks, and supporting cloud and on-premise infrastructure. The role involves working with infrastructure as code tools to provision, configure, and monitor environments, as well as collaborating with development and training teams to support application performance, scalability, and security. The DevOps Engineer will also assist in troubleshooting production issues, improving system reliability, and contributing to documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong System Administration and Linux skills, including managing, securing, and monitoring Linux-based servers.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) for automated provisioning and configuration.
Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration and deployment practices, including CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Solid understanding of Software Development concepts, version control (Git), and collaboration with engineering teams.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar providers is an advantage.
Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
