About the Role
GRGVS is looking for 2 proactive, enthusiastic, and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Executive – Corporate Communication & Partnerships.
The role will focus on building relationships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, and other stakeholders; identifying CSR opportunities; supporting fundraising and partnership development; and representing GRGVS professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, and potential funding partners.
Generate and follow up on leads for CSR partnerships and fundraising opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional stakeholders.
Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets, letters, and reports.
Coordinate corporate meetings, presentations, site visits, CSR events, and partnership activities.
Handle professional communication through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Research companies and identify relevant CSR opportunities and funding prospects.
Maintain a systematic database of corporate leads, contacts, meetings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal project teams to collect project updates, data, photographs, and documentation.
Support preparation of project progress reports, impact reports, donor updates, and CSR documentation.
Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, social media, newsletters, and organisational communication.
Represent GRGVS professionally during corporate meetings, events, and field visits.
Support other activities related to CSR, partnerships, fundraising, and organisational development.
Travel locally within Ahmedabad and nearby project locations whenever required.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Communications, Development Studies, Public Relations, Management, or any relevant field.
Postgraduate qualification in CSR, Social Work, Management, Marketing, Communications, or Development Studies will be an added advantage.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in CSR, NGO, fundraising, corporate communication, business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills may also apply.
Candidates with experience in corporate/CSR fundraising and partnership development will be preferred.

Proposal and report writing
Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace
Professional email and LinkedIn communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and project visits
Valid driving licence and ability to commute independently preferred
